How Deep Is Your Understanding?
You acknowledged the torturous death of Jesus Christ on Calvary’s cross only a few weeks ago and celebrated with all Christ-followers His resurrection, when He overcame death, hell, and the grave, securing God’s acceptance of His sacrifice on your behalf. It was out of love for you that God gave His Son, and Jesus gave His life. How valuable you are to God that He would do that! Ponder the extent of that love that Paul outlines in today’s verse. Ask the Lord how you can love Him more and draw closer to Him today.
